RETURN POLICY
- All goods purchased on this website are not allowed to be returned or exchanged if there is artificial damage or other personal reason(s), including but not limited to color derivation from product phtoto(s), incorrect order(s), sizing issues, personal perception.
- We will carefully check the product for quality before shipment.
- Please check the product immediately upon receipt. If any defects are found in the product in unused and new condition, please notify us by E-mail or phone within 3 days of receiving the product (please include pictures and a detailed description of the issue). Please do not return the product on your own or go to our physical stores for processing.
- Defective products will be replaced with new ones, unless the product is out of stock and/ or cannot be provided by the manufacturer. Customers can apply for an exchange or refund. (If the total amount of the order is not eligible for free shipping after the refund, the company reserves the right to deduct the shipping fee from the refund amount.)
- Please ensure that the product is in new condition and returned in its original packaging for exchange or refund processing; otherwise, the company reserves the right not to replace the product.
- Products for exchange or refund must be returned within 7 days after receiving the defective product, otherwise the request will not be accepted. If the product is still returned after the deadline, we will send the non-refundable product back to the original address on the order after charging the customer for the shipping fee.
